01. Conversation & paperwork
It’s really important for me to have a clear understanding of your project before I start. Let’s have a conversation first. It can be either via email, chat, video call, or any channel of your choice. In this step, you’ll tell me:
- Exactly what you want
- Your expectations and goals for the project
- Your deadline
After these are clear, we’ll agree on payment terms, get rid of some paper work, and then move on to the next level.
02. Time to roll sleeves up & get to work
After we’re done with our conversation, I’ll get to work immediately. In this step, I’ll research, watch video tutorials, find thought leaders on your topic, and make sure I understand the ins and outs of your topic and your needs.
And then, I’ll write the first draft.
Thereafter, I’ll edit grammar, correct punctuations, add links to sources, elaborate on points I may have skipped, and I’ll make sure the work is formatted correctly.
Finally, I’ll ran your work through Hemingway Editor to catch any unclear sentences and unnecessary pronouns.
I’ll proofread one more time, and then…
03. Review & final touches
I’ll submit the work to you for review. Here is the time that you’ll see if I’ve done what you’ve asked for. It is in this step that we’ll work together to polish your work until you are Completely okay with the format, style, or anything in-between.
When we’re done with all that and nailed the perfect copy, we’ll move on to the final step in the process
04. Conclusions
After the revisions and you’re satisfied with the results, we’ll finish with the final parts of the agreement.
